Quickly flip an outgoing coffee shop into a Rose Park space while navigating the constraints of working within a historic building near the ocean in Long Beach.
Response
Our team descended on this space to demo, frame, drywall, tile, trim, paint and set furniture in just under three weeks. The space was converted from a dark industrial style space to a light ocean getaway in record time.
