Capture the point of view of highly celebrated chef Wes Avila and communicate that visually within the bones of a decrepit former DTLA Taqueria.

Pulling from the wide variety of cultural touch-points that inform and inspire Wes, we concepted, fabricated, and installed a space juxtaposing raw energy, fresh modernity, and cultural sensitivity on a corner that has become an anchor in DTLA.
